After their contentious non-touring agreement, Motley Crue reunited to the delight of their fans to record four new songs for the soundtrack to their Netflix biopic The Dirt - the highlight of which might just be their excellently sludge-y version of Madonna's “Like A Virgin.” The chorus benefits from Vince Gill's nasal vocals, adding emphasis that's both humorous and fitting. New track “The Dirt (Est. 1981)” sounds appropriately epic, referencing the excess depicted in the film, while “Ride With The Devil” and “Crash and Burn” have a bit more of a throwback feel. The rest of the album is rounded out with quintessential hits like “Girls, Girls, Girls” and “Home Sweet Home.”
